The first is that the AI has the internet of knowledge at it's fingertips, so it's very easy to ask things like "Hey, what's the best cruise line for families?" - for example. The second is that we're constantly improving our AI and our goal is to be able to ask it to find specific cruises that you may be interested in - say you want to say "Find me the best family cruise for under $1,000 per person." In both cases, we look to enhance traditional cruise advising - since the cruise purchase process is often confusing.

@kyrylosilin There are several. The first is that the cabin selection process is usually completely backwards to how people think. Cruise lines and agencies often ask you several qualifying questions before determining where you might want to be on the boat, often limiting what you can see when you go to select a room. We get all the boat's inventory up front, show it to you, and then let you filter down to see exactly what you want to see. Secondly, we have really embraced the social nature of cruises, by giving groups the ability to take their planning out of the group chat - things like "liking" a cruise, chatting, and collaborating on where you want to go and where on the boat you are really simplify the group booking process.
