Crowny helps brands increase repeat purchases, retention and lifetime value across Shopify and physical stores. Merchants create branded programs with points, cashback, tiers, member deals and birthday rewards. Crowny stands out through verified social engagement: selected Facebook and Instagram actions are checked before points are awarded, rather than rewarding the click alone. Customers use a mobile-first web app for their loyalty experience, while merchants manage everything from one portal.
I spend a lot of time looking at how brands try to make loyalty work, and honestly… most programs still feel like a points calculator with nicer branding.
Buy something → get points.
Spend points → get discount.
Repeat until nobody cares anymore.
What I like about Crowny is that there is a real attempt to try to make loyalty feel closer to how customers actually interact with brands today. Yes, purchases matter. But so do comments, mentions, hashtags, birthday moments, tier progress, and all the small interactions that usually get ignored.
The part I am personally most excited about is verified social engagement. Crowny is the only loyalty platform verified by Meta to reward real Instagram and Facebook engagement. Social platforms do not just hand that kind of access out, which makes this a pretty big deal for brands that want to reward engagement that actually happened.
Not “click here and claim points.”
Actual comments. Actual mentions. Actual hashtags. Actual rewards.
That opens up a very different type of loyalty program, where customers can help grow the brand and get recognized for it.
