I built CrowdOpinio.com because every YouTube comment section is basically an unread focus group. Thousands of people telling you what to make next, what they'd pay for, why they stay - and nobody has time to read it all.

So this does. Point it at any channel (yours or a competitor's), pick the videos, and it cross-references every comment into one report: content gaps, audience profile, sentiment, sponsor and affiliate signals, the questions no video has answered yet.

One tip: run it on at least 5 videos if you can. One video is a snapshot - patterns really show up once you've got a few.

The sentiment breakdown was way more useful than I expected, especially catching sponsor mentions I would have missed scanning comments. The pay-per-video model is a nice touch if you only need insights on a competitor once in a while.
