CrossPayCheck was built for one reason: most people have no idea whether they are being paid fairly. Salary information has historically been opaque, inconsistent, and hard to access, leaving professionals at a significant disadvantage when negotiating with employers who have access to detailed compensation data.

What We Do
CrossPayCheck is a suite of twelve salary intelligence tools covering everything from checking your current market rate to evaluating job offers, comparing compensation packages, mapping salary by city, and building a case for your next pay rise.
Each tool is powered by AI that analyses your inputs against broad compensation market data to generate personalised, actionable insights. We give you a specific number, a percentile, and the context to use it.
Our Approach
Anonymous by design. You do not need to create an account to use our core tools. We do not ask for your name, employer, or any information that could identify you.
AI-powered, not scraped. Our insights are generated by large language models trained on broad compensation data. We are transparent about the role AI plays in every output.
Community-enhanced. Our community feature lets professionals anonymously share their salary data, making the platform more accurate for everyone over time.
Built for action. Every tool gives you something you can actually use: a number to cite, a script to deliver, or a decision to make with confidence.
Report
Would love to see a feature that shows pay ranges adjusted for years of experience in your specific role, not just generic titles. That would make it way easier to know if I'm being underpaid relative to my actual expertise level.

@nurayzgbz Thanks for the feedback! We completely agree. Comparing salaries based on years of experience, not just job titles, would provide much more meaningful insights. It's definitely a feature we'd love to add.
