Hi Product Hunters! 👋 App 9/31 of HACKTOBER - A CRM that actually fits how you work! What it does: Today we built a CRM that feels personal. It has a clean pipeline with custom steps, connects to Gmail to monitor lead replies, integrates with Fireflies to pull meeting notes, and sends smart alerts to remind you when to follow up with leads. It does exactly what's needed—nothing more, nothing less. Why we built this: We've spent five times longer in the past trying to learn tools like HubSpot than it took to build this from scratch. It feels better to have something that fits the way you actually work without sales demo calls, waiting lines, or negotiating "custom prices." This build reminded us why simplicity matters. How we did it: Using Pythagora (an AI coding tool), we went from idea to deployed app: - Built the customizable pipeline system - Integrated Fireflies to fetch meetings - Connected Gmail to monitor lead replies - Created smart reminder scheduling - Added email sending via Postmark - Deployed live and open sourced!
