Crisp Knowledge is a dedicated website allowing your team creating articles to help your users. It lets your users solve their issues on their own!
It integrates and works really well along with their Live Chat app. They have designed it very well that you can use it instantly without any learning curve.
The helpdesk also make use of your existing settings in Live Chat (e.g. color theme, background, etc), so almost no setting/config is required.
Pros:It's extremely smooth and fast. Perfect design in UX! Our visitors love using it! It can eliminate needs of most human responses effectively

Team listen to feedback and continously improve product. We're really impressed with the speed at which they ship new features. Knowledge base was a very demanded feature and they added it to Crisp. Thanks guys!
