Looks awesome! I definitely understand the value proposition, but a bit confused on how it works with the ambassadors. Are the brands expected to bring on some of their own ambassadors (the first part of the video opens up by saying turn your existing customers into ambassadors), or they get all of their ambassadors from the already existing community on CrewFire?
Also- are ambassadors categorized by their expertise and follower types? I've started a new project at www.dogworld.io and eventually would be interested in getting in touch with ambassadors who are dog lovers and have similar followers.
Overall looks awesome!
@aljosha_novakovic Hey Alijosha - thanks for the comment and kind words!
Great question. For now, we're focused on helping established brands turn their existing customers into advocates and ambassadors.
We don't currently provide matchmaking or a marketplace to connect brands with new ambassadors (though we plan on implementing this in the future!)
Dogworld looks awesome! Before long, we'd like to open up the marketplace and matchmaking service. I'll let you know when we do!
Keep hustlin!

@vantoai Makes sense! Yeah I think that having a sort of open marketplace of ambassadors who have different "domains" or "skills" would be awesome!
@jack_davis7 Hey Jack! Thanks for the kind words.
Based on feedback from the feedback from the community here, I'll be adding pricing to the website and my top comment now.
For context:
Starter = 500 Ambassadors = $1k/mo OR $10k/yr
Growth = 1500 Ambassadors = $2k/mo OR $20k/yr
Business = 5000 Ambassadors = $4k/mo OR $40k/yr
No Contracts. No Commitments.
Monthly plans are subject to a $1k setup fee (waived for annual prepayments)
@gregston_coakley Hey Gregston - thanks!
Interestingly, the idea for CrewFire originally came from work we were doing with concert promoters and music festivals. In fact, my first product SimpleCrew (www.simplecrew.com) is a reporting tool for street marketing teams, used by many of the largest concert promoters, music festivals, and concert venues in the US.
With it's Shopify integration, CrewFire is now geared primarily towards serving e-commerce brands on Shopify (with other e-commerce integrations to follow).
We're not opposed to the idea of serving music artists in the future, but for various reasons, ecommerce was a more desirable beachhead marketing for us to start. (Music & artists aren't the best niche to serve from a business perspective).
Hope that helps! Thanks for the support :)
Hey, have been interested in your story for a couple years now.
In your top comment you added 12 months that this has been in the works - I would be super interested in your learnings over the years before the most recent pivot.
Any major insights on how companies fail to leverage customers as ambassadors, common pitfalls, things you see others aren't seeing that make you want to double down on Crewfire?
