I built Crewdoku after seeing my wife spend too much time juggling shifts, time off, swaps, and fairness for her team. It generates schedules around your staffing rules, then lets you edit them manually while checking for conflicts. No account, no backend, and your team data stays in your browser.
Hey Product Hunt!
I built Crewdoku after watching my wife spend way too much time making schedules for her team.
What looked like a simple timetable was actually a small puzzle every time: who is off, who can work which shift, coverage, rest time, weekly hours, swaps, and trying not to give the same people all the bad shifts.
As a developer, my first thought was basically: shouldn't a computer be doing most of this?
That's how Crewdoku started. You define the rules, it generates a schedule, and you can still change anything manually when real life gets in the way.
I also wanted it to stay small and simple, so there's no account or backend. Everything runs in your browser.
I'd love to hear from anyone who manages a team or works with shift schedules. What's the most annoying part of scheduling for you?
