Crew01: Crew01 — An AI employee on WhatsApp for your whole business

Why I built it: Small businesses lose customers on WhatsApp every day. Messages go unanswered after hours, bookings get dropped, and the owner ends up as the receptionist. Most tools only add a chatbot or a shared inbox. I wanted something closer to an employee that does the whole job. Crew01 answers customers on the business’s own WhatsApp number, books appointments, captures leads, and hands anything it can’t handle to a person. The same assistant also runs the shift schedule, collects supplier invoices for the accountant, and helps with hiring. It works in 12 languages, including Hebrew and Arabic, which most tools handle poorly.
