Great instructors on video in your home. Also has quiet journeys to rivers and (Walden) ponds. I have used it for the last 65 days in a row.
Pros:Fun, best exercise: 86% of your muscles, burns twice the calories per unit of time than bikes/treadmills.
Cons:The CREW rowing machine is not available yet. The app is in Beta.
