Obviously great market, obviously crowded space - but that's not bad considering that most shift scheduling today still occur on paper or spreadsheets. So the challenge is big here, but the problem still exists.

Seems like managing schedules & shifts and assigning tasks are what make this different from slack, but do they warrant a new app? Could't they simply be developed as apps for slack?
