Quick question, how does the "instant approval" actually work when most banks still need to pull a credit report and do their own underwriting? Is that step skipped or just compressed?

Filtered through cards from a few banks I'd been considering and the cashback numbers actually lined up with what I get on my current card, which was a nice reality check. Approval flow was straightforward too.
Nice clean layout and the comparison actually feels honest, not just pushing the bank's preferred card. Wish the rewards calculator was a bit clearer on annual spends above 5 lakhs though.
