Hi Product Hunt - I’m Julia, one of the people behind Creavi. We built Creavi Appointment Booking Calendar because we wanted a simple, lightweight and customizable booking plugin for our own clients. It needed to include the essential scheduling features without becoming difficult to configure or adding unnecessary weight to a WordPress website. Creavi can be embedded almost anywhere. Add a shortcode that opens a booking service in a popup when someone clicks a button, embed the complete booking calendar directly on a page. Use it with Elementor and other page builders. We also created ready-made Service Hero and Booking Profile blocks for building polished booking pages in Gutenberg. One of Creavi’s most important advantages is its Google and Outlook integration. Users can connect a calendar directly from WordPress without creating a developer app or manually configuring API credentials. Creavi can automatically create calendar events and prevent double bookings by removing busy Google and Outlook periods from the available appointment times. Another standout feature is Creavi’s built-in secure video-meeting solution. When a customer books an online consultation or appointment, Creavi automatically generates private video-meeting links for the customer and host. The appropriate links can be included in confirmation emails, reminders and calendar events - without requiring a separate premium video integration. Creavi also includes automated customer and administrator reminders, customizable booking forms, timezone handling, appointment buffers, custom branding and booking-management tools. Everything currently available is completely free. Creavi is still new, and we’re developing it closely with feedback from our early users. It does not yet include online payments, customer cancellation and rescheduling, group capacity, or a dedicated staff-management system.
