ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity agents are already browsing Shopify stores — viewing products, reading shipping policies, reaching checkout — and Google Analytics shows none of it. Crawlight classifies every visitor as human or AI agent, shows which agents visit, what they view, and emails you a weekly digest. AI-traffic visibility for $19/month instead of the $50k-plus enterprise tools — with a free plan to see if AI agents are on your store at all.

Your store had AI visitors last week. Your analytics called them "Direct." 👀
ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity now browse product pages and reach checkout on behalf of real shoppers. Enterprise tools show this to Fortune 500 retailers for $50k/year. The other 2M Shopify merchants get nothing.
Crawlight names every visitor instead:
🔍 Which AI agents visited — ClaudeBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, scored by confidence
📊 What they viewed, where they bounced, what they bought
💡 What to fix — written from your data, not a template
📧 One digest every Monday
Run a Shopify store? Install it and tell me what surprised you. That's the feedback I want most 🙏
Love that this finally makes AI traffic visible without the crazy enterprise pricing. One thing I'd really want though is a Slack or Discord alert the moment a new AI agent visits, instead of waiting for the weekly digest. That way I can immediately check what they looked at and tweak my product pages or schema markup to better match what they're indexing.
Thanks! That pricing gap is literally why I built this.
Update: Slack/Discord alerts just went live. The alert tells you which agent it was and the exact page it hit, with a link back to the dashboard — so you can jump straight in and tweak that page's content or schema while the visit is fresh. Grab a webhook URL and try it!
Would love to see a Slack or Discord alert option for when a specific high-value agent like GPT or Claude hits a product page, so you can react in real time instead of waiting for the weekly digest. Otherwise the data is solid but easy to miss in email.
"easy to miss in email" is fair — and it's fixed: real-time alerts just shipped. Drop in a Slack or Discord webhook and it only fires for the agents that matter (ChatGPT-User, Claude-User by default), the moment they hit a page. Would love to hear how it works on your store.
love that you cut straight to what store owners actually need to know without burying it in dashboards. the weekly digest email is a smart touch, way more useful than forcing people to log in to check if a bot visited.
Would love to see the dashboard surface which pages AI agents land on first. Knowing the top entry points would help figure out whether they're crawling product pages or hitting shipping/policy pages, and give a clearer picture of what they're actually trying to learn about the store.
love that this finally surfaces the agent traffic gap GA leaves wide open. one thing that would make it way more useful for me — let me tag specific products or pages as "conversion goals" so the weekly digest tells me which AI agents actually reached checkout versus just bounced after the hero. knowing the visit count is fine but knowing who got close to paying is the real signal.
