I built CraveAI because I was tired of feeling controlled by cravings and having no idea why they were happening. Every app I tried told me what to track or what to avoid, but none helped me understand the signals my body was sending or how to respond to them in a healthier way.
CraveAI started as a personal project to decode my own cravings and find whole‑food swaps that actually satisfied what my body was asking for. Over time, it grew into something I realized could help a lot of people who feel the same - people who want to eat better without restriction, guilt, or guesswork.
