Covil Sprite Pipeline: Organize, align, preview and export sprite-sheet animations

Hi Product Hunt! Covil Sprite Pipeline started as an internal tool for a game I’m developing. I was generating and working with 2D sprite sheets where the individual frames weren’t always perfectly aligned, scaled or organized. What should have been a simple production step kept turning into manual cleanup. So I built a local tool for myself. It detects and organizes regular or irregular sprite sheets, lets me normalize character scale, adjust roots/pivots and frame timing, compare animation frames, preview the result and export the final assets as PNG, normalized sheets, atlases, JSON, ZIP and optional WebP. Once the internal version became useful enough, I decided to polish it into a standalone Windows app instead of leaving it buried inside one game project.
