Our team recently released CoVerse to both iOS and Android. The premise behind the app is that anyone can ask an anonymous question to the world and when that question is asked, the algorithm in the back will best select a candidate to help you with an answer. If this user does not reply to you in a timely manner (15min) your question is forwarded to the next best candidate. This process is repeated until you get your answer. By installing this app, you also become part of the ecosystem where questions could be directed to, so you can answer other people's questions and share your knowledge, or you could also simply redirect/decline and let that question will be redirected to someone else.
Studies shown that 1 on 1 direct inquires yield better responses than when you simply post the question on a forum to many people. This is because in a crowded situation, people tend to ignore it through the "bystander effect" (People will not answer because they think others will answer). Which this app, you're guaranteed to get your question answered.
Other cool features of the app includes allowing you to anonymous talk to one of your contacts, so you can indirectly ask them questions.
