I built Cova after watching my parents struggle to manage a seller-financed property sale using spreadsheets and paper files. Every existing solution was designed for professional lenders with dozens of loans—nothing existed for the 86% of seller financing participants who create just one or two notes per year. Cova is the tool I wish they'd had: simple, affordable, and focused on solving real problems without enterprise bloat.
