Hey everyone 👋 Me and my Co Founder started building CoStride after noticing a pattern across gyms — most don’t actually struggle to get new members, they struggle to keep them. People sign up motivated, but after a few weeks they lose consistency, feel disconnected, and eventually cancel. From the gym’s side, it becomes a constant cycle of chasing new signups instead of building something sustainable. We wanted to solve that. CoStride is built around the idea that retention comes from community and consistency — not just access to equipment. We’re building a member app that keeps people engaged through challenges, activity tracking, and accountability, alongside a gym owner dashboard that gives real visibility into what’s actually driving retention. The biggest shift while building this was moving away from “more features” and focusing on what actually keeps members showing up week after week. We are already far along, and we are really excited about where this is going — would love any feedback 🙌
