Cost Price & Markup is a costing workspace for merchants, makers, importers, and small operations teams that still price products from messy spreadsheets. Upload or paste supplier rows, map columns, validate data, add landed-cost expenses, compare FIFO and Weighted Average inventory costing, apply markup after cost is calculated, and export XLSX/PDF reports.
Hi Product Hunt! I built Cost Price & Markup for teams that price physical products from messy real-world inputs: supplier files, freight, handling, customs, inventory lots, and markup targets.
The goal is simple: help you see the real product cost before you publish a price.
The demo includes CSV/XLSX import, pasted table import, column mapping, landed-cost allocation, FIFO vs Weighted Average comparison, smart price bands, and XLSX/PDF reports.
I would love feedback on:
- whether the first demo makes the value clear;
- which import formats matter most;
- whether smart price bands are useful or too advanced for first-time users;
- what integrations small merchants would expect first.
