Hello hunters! Jeremy here, founder of The Jacky Winter Group and Corvid. Long time listener, first time caller. Over the years, we at The Jacky Winter Group have received countless requests from artists outside our roster for help with their careers and projects. As one of the only groups with the experience and know-how to truly help, we've long considered how we could bring our knowledge and support to a broader commercial art community in situations where full representation isn’t needed (or feasible for whatever reason). Corvid is a new way of catering to a broader spectrum of artists and clients in the changing industry landscape, expanding on Jacky Winter’s mission to do all they can to promote a healthy and thriving creative ecosystem. While Jacky Winter maintains the traditional model of representing a select roster of artists, Corvid is an entirely unique offering – a total inversion of the old system. Instead of representing artists, Corvid showcases a roster of seasoned art producers, providing on-demand production services to freelance artists when and how they need it. Filling a long-empty gap in the market. Corvid takes the full suite of custom tools developed by Jacky Winter over its 12 years of existence to facilitate creative production, and, most importantly, the same team of dedicated specialist producers who have collectively negotiated and produced over 10,000 commercial projects. This troop of highly accomplished and devoted commercial art experts, for which Jacky Winter is renowned for, now form the Corvid starting lineup. Their goal: to take care of the business end of production, so artists can focus on what they do best – creating the work. Through Corvid, artists across the industry spectrum can engage professional services to ensure they are providing clients with the attention and professionalism it takes to truly give legs to a creative project. And with offices in both Melbourne and New York, they cover artists and clients across the globe. Corvid offers three tiers of services: Corvid Companion, Corvid Consult, and Corvid Community.
