Hi Product Hunt! We built Cortex Digital Hub after seeing property teams wait days, and pay an agency, for a 3D view of a simple floor plan.
How it works: upload a 2D plan (a photo or scan is fine) and in about a minute you get a furnished 3D render that follows the plan's layout. From the render you can make a short walkthrough video. If the plan is a hand sketch or a blurry scan, the Floor Plan Redraw tool cleans it up first.
Pricing: the first 3D render is free; after that it's one-time credit packs, no subscription.
The same site has about 50 free tools that run in your browser, so your files aren't uploaded: compress, merge, unlock or sign a PDF; resize, compress or upscale a photo; vocal remover, noise remover, screen recorder.
