Great work, guys! Absolutely love the concept and the unique approach. I can already see this being an amazing way to discover a good destination for my honeymoon. :)
Love the video, the ui/uk and the meteo feature...I had the same feeling with hoteltonight. Which sadly became a bit to upscale in rate for me! Hope you re not going in that path and offering opportunity for low budget and hotel combination.
@baronromain thanks for your comment. We are trying to find new ways for people not to over pay for their flights. So thats always going to be one of our priorities. Whats nice about HT is that they have a small collection of nice hotels, so your not look through 100s of places to stay, so I guess there our philosophies are similar. And I've notices that the have better deals where they have been for a long time.
Very pretty! Particularly because there is a sort of app I have wanted for quite some time now, the "arrange destinations by budget" bit. This is not me complaining, (I didn't do it last year, I wouldn't have done this one either), rather I am excited to see it done and and so well executed!
In fact my only criticism would be, regarding the AZ view being sort of the "first" option, whilst personally its the one I find the least interesting. I think the "by budget" is by far the most interesting view, since I can imagine a user opening the app, noticing that "Geneva" or something is actually surprisingly cheap to pop for the weekend, and in doing so, finding himself aware of possibilities that until then hadn't occurred to him.
Similarly, my other suggestion, would be for a way to be able to investigate where suggested destinations are (ie, I had no idea what Nadi or Papeete were), without having to go to a map. The "pop" view of the iphone's 6s "3D touch" would be idea for that I think!
But damn, that design! And the city-related icons! Work of art!
@kupeplex We wanted to get away from being a price only driven product for flights, so the alphabet gives us the opportunity to broaden peoples horizons a bit, about where they could actually go. We do realise that some people start browsing from prices, thats why when you sort destinations by price and change your travel dates we remember your last sort position and you start from their. In a future update we will start remembering your last sort position, so if you only sort by price it will always stay on price.
Thanks for your tip about 3D touch, we will have a look about adding this feature.

I used this today to buy a YUL-LHR flight. Works perfectly - amazing product! I will definitely be a frequent user of this app.
2 things:
1) You showed me cheap flights with ridiculous stops/transit times. An Hipmunk-like "agony" guess or the option to show only direct flights would be very useful.
2) Because you only show me the Expedia price, I wondered if I was really getting the best price for this flight. Kayak/Hipmunk show several alternatives so you ha
@cherif First, thanks for booking four flight today! regarding your comments:
1) We actually filter out a ton of bad options, from what I can see is the cheapest flight had a 1 hour stop and was 200 dollars cheaper, so the algorithm thought that, the flight could be ok. Are algorithm is based on - "value for money". Cheapest option is on top, the only other options that matter are the ones that are more expensive, but you fly less.
2) we will be adding the airlines direct prices and local travel agents soon depending on your route, so people feel confidant that they are not overpaying.

@artom57 Quick FYI: Just tried a YUL-CAI trip Oct 1-7. The options I got with Corner are *significantly* worse (price and duration) than Hipmunk. Might be an edge case somehow but worth a look.
This app is amazing. I have no need for scheduling a flight in the immediate future, but I nearly did because I was so impressed with Corner! Bravo, @artom57
Thanks Tom, we officially haven't launched in the UK or Europe that's why some of the data and currencies are missing. Hope to be in the UK by the end of the year.

Corner will bring out the wanderlust in everyone. It's one of only a few mobile apps for airfare discovery that has a distinct point-of-view -- and allows users to close the deal by buying their tix. I'd like to see the app positioned more clearly in the app store as a trip discovery/budget travel finder. Without the PH discussion, I'm not sure I would have figured that out. Just a super fun app overall. I just planned to dream weekend trips!
