What needs improvement

We’d love to see more customization options for reports, workflows, and dashboard layouts in future updates. The current setup works well, but additional flexibility would help teams tailor the platform more closely to their internal processes.

vs Alternatives

We explored a few other HR and project management tools, but many were either too expensive or complicated for our workflow.
