What if I do complex workout for my body How I will put data in this app

@nikjara you start by planning your workout with defining what exercises you will do, how many sets, how many reps and how long you are going to rest between sets. Then you press start workout and it will guide you through all the exercises that you planned, and act like a "gym log" where you put your data after the set is complete. Please let me know if the flow isn't very clear when trying out the app, thanks :)
