Hello Product Hunt community! I’m Zakaria, the founder of Coproly. I’m beyond excited to share what we’ve been building with you all today! The idea for Coproly was born out of a simple observation: managing a building shouldn't feel like a second full-time job. Whether you are a volunteer manager (syndic bénévole) or part of a co-ownership, you've probably faced the same headaches: tracking expenses on messy spreadsheets, lost maintenance requests, and lack of transparency in decision-making. We built Coproly to fix this. Our goal is to replace outdated tools with a modern, all-in-one workspace where: Transparency is the default (real-time financial tracking). Communication is seamless (dedicated community space and voting). Maintenance is organized (structured ticketing for building issues). We are just getting started and have a lot of exciting features on our roadmap (including more automation).
