I built it because I was tired of opening a social app and seeing what an algorithm decided I should see — and knowing every tap was being logged to make that algorithm better at keeping me there. CoolTopia does the boring, obvious thing: it shows you the people you follow, in the order they posted. That's it. No ranking, no "suggested for you," no behavioural profile. A few things on top of that: • Aura profiles — customizable profile pages, not a stock avatar and bio • LinkMe — a link-in-bio page built into your profile, so you don't need a separate service • Fediverse — follow Fediverse accounts and read them in your feed It's live on web, iOS and Android. I'm a solo bootstrapped dev, so honest feedback is genuinely more useful to me than upvotes. What would make you actually switch? What's missing?
