When an analyst runs a live investment committee analysis, GPT-6 Astra is the most powerful model for the full pass: six independent specialists (Scientific, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Financial, Devil's Advocate) plus the Chair's final synthesis, each claim required to cite a source document page or get rejected. It's the best model in our catalog for this - the highest-rigor reasoning across a full diligence review. It's also the most expensive ($10 in / $50 out per million tokens), so we gate it behind a paid plan. That plan doesn't exist yet to the public, as we have no paid users yet. Free-tier orgs are hard-capped to GPT-5 Mini only. So today Astra is provisioned and ready to be used, but not reachable by any real user, held in reserve for when billing ships.

Hey PH 👋 Backstory: I've been an investor for some time, and part of multiple angel/investment groups, and the same problem always shows up. Diligence takes forever and needs a bunch of different experts in a room at the same time, but deal flow doesn't wait for everyone's calendar to line up. You end up with a funnel problem: too many deals coming in, not enough hours to thoroughly go through every deck, so a lot of stuff either gets rubber-stamped or dropped without a real look. So I built Conviction. You upload the diligence docs (deck, cap table, SAFEs, whatever), and six specialist expert agents independently pick them apart. They genuinely can't see each other's work, so you get real disagreement instead of everyone anchoring on the first opinion. The rule that makes it actually useful: every factual claim has to point to a specific page it came from, or it gets thrown out automatically before you ever see it. Then a Chair agent rolls the specialist reports up into one recommendation, still fully traceable back to source. The idea isn't to replace your investment committee. It's to do the first pass on the funnel, so the deals that make it to you or your actual experts are the ones worth their time. Still early days...it's an MVP covering Life Sciences and tech startups, built multi-tenant from day one since it's meant to handle real confidential docs. There's a demo mode that runs the whole flow with no real AI models, if you just want to kick the tires and see what a sample result would be. This is decision support, not investment advice. The point is making that initial triage faster and more efficient, not replacing your committee's judgment.
