I'm Owner, one of the small team behind Convertavo.

We built it because everyday file jobs kept sending us to five different websites, each covered in ads and asking for an account: compressing a PDF for email, turning an iPhone HEIC into a JPG, pulling text out of a scanned page. Convertavo puts all of that in one clean place.

What's inside

27 tools for PDFs, images and video: merge, split, compress, convert, OCR, background removal, MP4 to MP3 and more
AI image detector: checks whether a picture is likely AI-generated, and names the generator when the file still carries its label
QR code generator and scanner, including dynamic QR codes you can edit after printing
12 languages, including right-to-left Urdu and Arabic. OCR reads Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and 35+ other languages, which most English-first tools handle poorly.

What it costs

Free forever: 50 credits a day, files up to 100 MB, every tool, no watermarks and no card needed
Files are deleted after an hour
An API is included that draws on the same credits as the website
