Hey folks, We were using marketing automation tools such as Mautic to power our signup funnels. Customers would add in some details and drop off. Following up with them was a huge cost. Our customers speak multiple languages, so we needed multiple campaigns to follow up with them. Enter, CRO. It allows us to make really powerful segments, create a workflow around each segment, AND the workflow isn't limited to email only. You can use whatsapp, push notification, sms, and calls! Moreover, each message can have multiple languages and the system will select the customer's preferred language. Here's an example of how we use CRO ourselves! Customer signups up with their email and confirms their phone number but drops off when asked to upload ID proof. Our campaign first sends and email to the user. Those who open the email but don't take any action, get a followup message on whatsapp. Those who didn't open the email in 2 hours, get another email. and so on.
