Hey Product Hunters A few months back, I was setting up Google Ads for one of my products and, as part of that, I had to set up conversion tracking. Even though I’m a technical person, I found it really difficult to do. I had to watch multiple YouTube videos and speak with ChatGPT a bit. All just to trigger a conversion in Google Analytics/Google Ads when someone completed a form on my site. I put this on the ‘Problems worth solving’ note on my phone, but didn’t think much of it from there. Then more recently, I was playing around setting up some automations in Zapier and had that lightbulb moment. What if I could bring that familiar ‘workflows’ type interface to setting up conversions in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc? Workflows are a design concept that the majority of marketers are familiar with (thanks to Zapier, Hubspot Workflows, automations in most email tools, etc), and they were the perfect solution to the problem of triggering conversions in different analytics tools and ad platforms. So that lead me to create Converly. It brings that familar 'workflow-builder' style interface to the complicated process of settin up conersion tracking in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Piwik, etc) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc).
