Very few (if any) Airbnb style marketplaces offer companies with 10+ employees, that have opted out of commercial office space the chance to rent an office for a day only, so they can come together face to face with their teams. It either can be done for a day if the company is no larger than 5 in a serviced office or for a longer term e.g. 1-3 months if the company is larger than 5 employees. Employees are demanding greater flexibility from their employers, and employers are demanding greater flexibility from their space providers.
