I'm Max Izmaylov, the founder of Controlata.
The idea for this project was born from my hobby — I was making soy candles and found myself struggling with the lack of a simple, intuitive tool to track my materials and finished products inventory.
Today, Controlata helps small and medium manufacturers from various industries bring order to their inventory management. What started as a side project has grown into my full-time passion!
Our cloud-based system makes it easy to track raw materials, calculate production costs, plan manufacturing, and manage stock levels — all without complex setups or steep learning curves that traditional ERP systems require.
