Hi everyone! I'm Jay, the founder of InstantSalesFunnels.
I built the Contractor Profit & Pricing Calculator after seeing too many contractors lose money simply because they were guessing their prices or confusing markup with profit margin.
This free tool helps contractors calculate:
• Selling price
• Profit margin
• Markup
• Overhead
• Labor burden
• Break-even revenue
• Minimum profitable pricing
It works for roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, remodelers, electricians, painters, landscapers, and other service businesses.
My goal is simple: help contractors charge what they're actually worth and stop leaving money on the table.
I'd love your honest feedback.
What would make this tool even more useful for your business?
Thanks for checking it out!

Really useful for any contractor honestly. One thing that would be super helpful though is being able to save a job template with your standard materials list and then just tweak quantities for each new quote. Would save a ton of time on repeat work.

Plugged in a recent roofing job and was surprised it caught an overhead gap i'd been ignoring for months. Wish i'd found this sooner.

Finally a tool that shows me where my margins actually disappear before I send the quote, the labor breakdown was especially eye opening.
