I've used this template repeatedly and am always blown away by how easy it is to use. The template makes sure that your business and marketing goals are always aligned. The template allows you to see both the overarching marketing strategy holistically and the day-to-day operations of managing a content machine. This template is just great.
Pros:It's easy to use and great at ensuring strategic alignment.
Cons:I haven't yet experienced a limitation of the template. I'll update if and when I do.
Our team has used this template for several months across multiple campaigns. It uses your goals as the starting point and then helps you ourline your campaigns from there, getting more granular until you have a content calendar. We keep it as a working doc to make sure our content is on track and adjust the campaigns as needed. It's been very useful to keep everyone on the same page.
Pros:It's well designed and has all the main components we needed for our strategy. The guide on how to use the template doc is very useful.
Cons:Putting a content strategy together can be hard work.
