My journey to starting CONNECT TO FIT has not been a short one, nor an easy one. When first starting my career, I had worked for a few years in sales and marketing, from which I made the jump into the startup scene back in 2011. Working at a startup provided me with the tools and resources I needed to understand how startups operate and build empires from the ground up. Throughout my professional journey, I remained a fitness enthusiast - someone who strongly believed - and still believes - that maintaining a healthy lifestyle and paying attention to our mental health is crucial to succeeding both personally, and professionally. I knew that I was destined to create something that would contribute to changing people’s lives - and that’s when I decided to start my own fitness startup – CONNECT TO FIT.
