Hey everyone 👋 I'm one of the engineers who built Conexa Remote. Thanks for checking us out today! Why we built this: Most remote support tools route video through their own servers. We made the harder choice: direct P2P connections using WebRTC. Our signaling servers (Romania, EU) handle the handshake and NAT traversal, but once the session is live, video flows directly between endpoints, DTLS-SRTP encrypted. We don't see it. In symmetric NAT environments, we fall back to TURN relay (EU-hosted, encrypted). Pricing: Per-seat pricing penalizes shift teams. Per-endpoint pricing penalizes large fleets. Concurrent session pricing aligns cost with actual simultaneous usage: 0 EUR permanent free tier (1 session), 29 EUR/month for 2 concurrent sessions with unlimited users and endpoints.
