Love how within a few clicks I can get matched to a designer without having to post a "job" and then go review the numerous applicants.

Pros:

Way easier to use than Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance design sites. Guaranteed quality on par with professional agencies.

Cons:

Pricer than sweatshop businesses or earlier in their career designers, but way cheaper than an agency

I use freelancer.com and upwork a lot. Finding qualified candidates can be a pain. I've had some pretty weird experiences on freelancer.com in the craigslist sort of realm. Also, interviewing and reviewing resumes takes time. This platform sounds like it could save me time in those realms. If I submit a project, what's the average turn around time from candidates? Also, how many candidates can I expect to get back to me on an average proposal?
