- Problem: Mid‑sized teams lose weeks to manual HIPAA audits. - Solution: Azure + M365 native, agentless, real‑time detection, auditor‑ready reports. - How it works: Connect tenant (2 min), continuous checks, download evidence PDFs. - Trust: Read‑only, least‑privilege, full traceability. - Pricing: Simple monthly plan; no sales calls.

Hey Hunters!
As a solo developer, I’ve spent a lot of time working with Microsoft's powerful (and complex) cloud security tools. I saw that for big enterprise companies, there are million-dollar tools and entire teams dedicated to HIPAA compliance.
But what about the small clinics, the 10-person healthcare startups, or the IT consultants who manage them?
They're stuck. They can't afford the enterprise tools, and trying to manually dig through terabytes of OfficeActivity and SigninLogs every day is impossible. They're left completely exposed to audits and fines.
I built Compliance Guardian to fix this.
It's a simple, self-service SaaS that automates the whole process. I'm not trying to replicate the giant enterprise platforms. This is a tool that just gets in, does the work, and gets out.
What it does:
Connects in 5 Minutes: You log in, grant the permissions, and point it at your Log Analytics workspace.
Runs 24/7: It runs a full suite of automated HIPAA checks (like detecting unauthorized external sharing, MFA failures, and large data downloads) every single night.
Sends PDF Reports & Alerts: If it finds a violation, you get an immediate email alert with a PDF report. If everything is good, it stays quiet.
Manages Subscriptions: You get a secure Stripe billing portal to manage your subscription. No sales calls, no enterprise contracts.
I'm a solo founder, so launching this is equal parts exciting and terrifying. My goal was to build the tool I wish I had when I was consulting—one that’s affordable and actually works for the 99% of businesses that aren't a Fortune 500 company.
I'd be incredibly grateful to hear what you think!
(P.S. — As a thank you to this community, I’m offering a 50% discount on the first 3 months with the code PHLAUNCH50. Let me know what you think!)
