Like many of you, I'm an indie founder. I ship my own products and watch a handful of competitors while I build. Pricing pages, changelogs, positioning tweaks. Same five tabs every Monday, or Visualping alerts that all look equally urgent.
The breaking point was always the same: cookie banner moved, same red badge as a real price change. I'd open the diff and still wonder, did their Starter tier actually move?
What I wanted was boring and specific. "Their Pro plan went from $29 to $39." Before and after attached. Ten seconds to decide whether to tweak my pricing page, update a headline, or close the tab and get back to shipping.
I couldn't find that at a price that made sense for a solo founder, so I built Competiflow.
How it works
Paste a competitor homepage. We discover pricing, docs, blog, and changelog URLs and start monitors. No CSS selectors to maintain.
On a schedule, we read each page, extract normalized fields (plan names, prices, feature bullets, post titles), and diff those. Real changes hit your feed with severity, a plain read, a suggested move, and evidence: exact before/after text, source URL, capture time.
Digests by default. Email, Slack, and webhooks when you want them. I dogfood this across my own projects, so the default is one summary, not twenty pings.

The structured diffs are genuinely useful, exactly the part that makes this stand out from typical change detection tools. One thing that would close the loop for me: let me bind a competitor change to one of my product's SKUs or pricing tiers, so when their Pro plan drops ten percent I see the impact on my closest comparable right next to it. Right now I have to do that mental mapping myself.
