I'm Daniel, founder and principal Sales Account Executive of Compensix.
We built this because I saw the same problem everywhere in Latin America: companies using messy Excel files to calculate commissions, finance teams spending days every month on manual calculations, and sales reps constantly questioning their paychecks.
The US has tools like Xactly and Spiff, but they're expensive, English-only, and built for enterprise budgets. LATAM deserved something better.
