Compass helps student-athletes discover themselves, understand their strengths, and explore their future. Through psychometric analyses goals are created and career pathways are suggested giving the children meaningful steps closer to their destined pathways.
Compass was built by a student athlete who spent years perfecting his sport — only to realise at 17 that he had never truly understood who he was beyond it. He had never been guided to explore his own academic identity, his deeper strengths, or what he genuinely wanted from life after school. Working closely with an organisation that already connects sport with education for underserved student athletes in India, he saw that even where academic and athletic guidance exists, no tool existed to help a young person look inward first: to understand themselves before being told where to go. Compass was built to fill that space — a framework for self-discovery that meets student-athletes where they are and walks them toward clarity about their own future, on their own terms.
