I’m Marc, maker of Commerce Recovery. It brings our Shopify app and website into one recovery workspace. Merchants connect their store, sync Shopify Payments chargebacks, then review the original order, delivery evidence, refunds and current balance before deciding what to do.
The merchant approves messages, payment requests and stops. Connecting a store does not automatically contact customers. A lost bank dispute or delivered parcel does not, on its own, prove that another payment is due.
The existing Shopify app charges a 20% fee on successfully recovered payments, with no monthly subscription. Recovery is not guaranteed.
