Hi Product Hunt!
I’m Caitlin, a 23-year-old solo founder from the UK, and I’m excited to introduce Come Up.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 22, and one thing I’ve always struggled with is how overwhelming even the simplest everyday tasks can feel.
I realised something: most productivity apps are designed to help us do more, but what about the days when simply getting started feels impossible?
That’s the problem I wanted to solve.
I created Come Up, a completely free wellbeing app that helps people:
Calm their minds during overwhelming moments
Break intimidating tasks into manageable steps
Track their mood and recognise patterns
Celebrate small wins without productivity pressure
Although inspired by my experiences with ADHD, Come Up is designed for anyone who struggles with overwhelm, burnout or everyday mental overload.
I’ve built this independently alongside my full-time job in healthcare, without a team or external funding.
Come Up is now live on the iOS App Store, and I’m currently recruiting Android beta testers ahead of its Google Play launch.
I’d genuinely love feedback from this community.
What do you think wellbeing and productivity apps are still getting wrong? And what would make an app like Come Up genuinely useful to you?
Thanks for checking out something I’ve put so much of myself into!
