Money you plan to spend sits in checking, earning nothing. Coinage is built on one belief: every dollar should be working until the second it's spent. Invest in diversified ETF portfolios called Nests, set a rule like "sell my gains at 5% toward my spending," and live your life. Coinage handles the selling automatically. Spend Match works in reverse: everyday purchases trigger small new investments. Invested and ready to spend, both at once.

Hey Product Hunt
Im the founder of Coinage, and I’ve been building this on nights and weekends because I kept coming back to the same question: “Why does money have to choose between working and being ready to spend?”
If you want your money accessible, you generally keep it in cash.
If you want it working harder, you invest it.
And if that money is eventually meant to be spent, you’re responsible for managing the transition between the two.
We thought there should be a better way.
Coinage is designed around money with a real-world purpose: the money you expect to use for the experiences and purchases that make up your life.
Instead of treating investing and spending as separate systems, Coinage helps bridge the gap.
Our philosophy is simple: Every dollar should be working until the second it is spent.
That doesn’t mean markets always go up. They don’t. There will be periods where the money invested is worth less than what went in, and we think any product involving markets should be transparent about that from day one.
We’re trying to build better tooling for people who want their money to do more while they’re still building wealth.
Coinage is now live and we are looking for individuals to test out the premium features of our app. We’d genuinely love feedback from the Product Hunt community on the following questions:
Does the idea make sense immediately?
What would stop you from using something like this?
What would you need to see to trust Coinage with your money?
