I built CodeTrain after noticing what a year of AI autocomplete does to a team: everyone ships faster but explains less. Assistants optimize for producing code. CodeTrain optimizes for producing engineers who understand it, so it does the one thing no other AI tool will: it refuses to type your code. It plans a lesson from your own codebase in 2-6 tiny steps using repo mode, you write each one in an editor with instant run/test feedback, and it grades every step. Stuck? The step gets smaller. The answer never comes for free.
