codercops is an AI-managed recruiting platform. Companies hire vetted software developers from a curated shortlist; developers get discovered with a public profile built in one conversation. Remote-first, worldwide and India.
The chat-first setup is genuinely useful, not just a gimmick. Set up my profile in about two minutes without touching a single standard form. Smooth UI, fast responses, and great concept overall. Upvoted!
Unfortunately all scam job postings. None of them turned out to be genuine when I tried.

Hi Krushi,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take this feedback very seriously. Could you please share more details with us about which specific job postings seemed ungenuine or what exactly went wrong?
We are actively working on our screening process to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our users. We also want to firmly clarify that our entire platform is completely free to access—we never ask our users for any money. If an employer asked you for payment, please let us know immediately so we can remove them. Please reach out to us at support@codercops.com so we can investigate these specific postings.
Best regards, CODERCOPS

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Anurag Verma, founder of CODERCOPS.
We built this because hiring and getting hired as a developer both feel broken in opposite ways. Companies drown in unqualified applicants and take weeks to filter them. Good developers send 50 applications into a void and hear nothing back. Everyone's spending enormous effort and still ending up frustrated.
CODERCOPS is our attempt to fix both sides. You build a profile once, and we match you to real opportunities instead of making you re-apply everywhere. On the hiring side, you get a shortlist of screened developers instead of a resume pile.
What's different:
-> screening happens up front, so a shortlist is actually a shortlist
-> developers get a response either way, no more black hole
It's still early and we're building fast. I'll be here all day answering everything, and I genuinely want the hard questions. If you're a developer or you've hired one recently, I'd love to know: what's the single most broken part of that process for you?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
Anurag

One thing I'd love to see is a small "fit score" or match percentage right on each candidate card so I can quickly see why they were shortlisted for my role. It would save me a lot of time scanning profiles and help me figure out what the AI actually valued. Right now I have to dig through each profile to piece that together myself.

@kane_miao Good Point. I'll consider adding it to each profile

honestly love how the public profile setup happens in just one conversation, that's a smart UX call that respects both devs and recruiters' time.

@yuki_foo That's the problem I'm solving. Removing boring things.

The idea of building a public developer profile through a single conversation is clever, it removes so much of the friction that usually makes profile-building feel like a chore.

@zayn_xiang Yes, that's the main problem to solve. Removing the manual, boring things.
