No human keystroke needed to start. 🔵 Blue — Spec or PR → generated E2E tests → run on real browsers → bug analysis routed back. 🟢 Green — Business idea (Slack / Notion) → structured PRD → fed straight into Red/Blue. 🟡 Yellow — GitHub + Notion + commits aggregated into an Engineering Activity Ledger for evals and reviews. 🟣 Purple — Deterministic orchestrator that runs all of the above 24/7 on dedicated VPS workers, with real-time monitoring. Each works standalone and most teams adopt one product first (usually Red, because Sentry pain is universal). The compounding kicks in when 2 + start handing tasks to each other through Purple.
