Hey everyone, I've recently launched my first browser extension, it helps people to add notes to the code. I've created is from personal necessity to understand large code flows across multiple repositories. It proved really helpful for me, hope it helps some of you. This is still an MVP, I'll add more functionality once I see some usage. Right now it's super basic, gives you ability to add notes to the code from Gitlab and Github, all kept in local storage, no account needed. Next features I'm planning to build: - Account creation - VScode extension - sourcegraph support - Notes categorisation and many more! Please give it a try and share your feedback or feature requests! You can find more information on my website codenote.dev.

The integration is so smooth that I genuinely thought it was a native GitHub feature - until I noticed the CodeNote logo. Fantastic start, Serhii! I can already see the potential for CodeNote to chain comments across different parts of a repository - or even multiple repositories - to craft detailed, grounded prompts for AI assistants. This could unlock faster, higher-quality AI-driven coding workflows. Wishing you the best with this project! 🚀
