CodeDrobe exists because of GPT-5.6 — twice over. The product itself: GPT-5.6 Sol (via Codex) built the entire ecosystem with me, a solo founder, in weeks — a CDP-based theme engine, a signed macOS/Windows desktop app, a Cloudflare-edge marketplace, and agent skills. That breadth, from Electron internals to edge infrastructure, wasn't practical for one person before. And the product's core loop runs on GPT-5.6. Theming a desktop app used to need a designer plus a dev reverse-engineering an obfuscated DOM — and it broke on every update. CodeDrobe's agent skill lets GPT-5.6 do it end-to-end: take a reference image, capture a privacy-preserving DOM snapshot over CDP, write CSS against stable selectors, pack a portable theme, apply it to the live app, screenshot the result, and self-repair until it verifies. It even heals broken themes after app updates. That's what wasn't practical before: an AI that sees a running app, styles it, and visually verifies its own work.
